Received a BBA from UTSA in 1979, has been a licensed CPA since 1984 and has had over 20 years of experience in Public Accounting. He is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and in 2001 was president of the local chapter of the TSCPA. He is also a member of the AICPA and the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce.

Graduated from the University of Texas at Brownsville. Currently pursuing certification in public accounting and started with the firm in 2000. Involved in individual and corporate income tax return preparation and general business accounting.

Conchita Pelayo
Office Manger
Has been with the firm since it was founded in 1996. She has significant experience in payroll and payroll tax matters and assists in accounting and individual tax preparation. She also ensures each client receives the attention they deserve.
